Gujarat FM meets Sitharaman on GST

Taking the government's efforts to build a consensus on goods and services a bit forward, minister of state for finance Nirmala Sitharaman on Monday discussed the issue with Gujarat Finance Minister Saurabh Patel. Gujarat, along with Madhya Pradesh, used to oppose GST strongly when the UPA government was in power.
