Small Savings In Tn Rise To Rs 2,700 Crore

The National Savings Organisation (NSO) has recorded a net target savings of about Rs 2,700 crore in the Tamil Nadu region for the year ended March. The net savings recorded a 45 per cent growth over the previous year.
The net savings for all India would be around Rs 40,000 crore for the fiscal 2003.
