Transfer Pricing Norms By July-End

The government will announce the rules on transfer pricing by the end of July. GC Srivastava, joint secretary (TPL) in the Central Board of Direct Taxes said today that a team of experts from OECD will come this week to give its opinion on the draft rules released by the CBDT last month.

Srivastava said that the rules would be finalised after discussion with the OECD experts, and analysis of the response to the draft rules, which had come from various quarters.
