IndusInd Bank has opened its third Currency Chest in the country, in Chennai.
The Bank has drawn up a plan for setting up a sizeable number of Currency Chests across India in line witthe bank's business growth, said a company announcement.
The bank's first Currency Chest was opened in Mumbai in June 2012, and the second in New Delhi in March 2013.
The bank's stock closed 0.93% up at Rs 576.30 on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
