Italian banks keen to start India operations

Italian banks are also looking at opportunities to establish their offices in India, said Pierfrancesco Gaggi, director of Italian Banking Association, ABI.

Speaking on the sidelines of the seminar, he said a couple of Italian banks were contemplating setting up of their office in India and were in talks with the Reserve Bank of India.
