Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s Investors Service, Fitch Ratings and other big credit-rating companies are obeying a stricter code, an international regulators’ panel said.
The three biggest rating providers plus Japan Credit Rating Agency and Dominion Bond Rating Service have enacted the code of conduct that was strengthened last year, the International Organization of Securities Commissions in Madrid said today in a statement.
