Issuances of certificates of deposit fell today because investors preferred to remain on sidelines, as most were eyeing the central bank’s mid-quarter review of monetary policy 2010-11, dealers said.
Three-month certificates of deposit were dealt at 8.90-9.10 per cent, flat compared with Tuesday. Three-month commercial papers quoted 9.30-9.50 per cent against 9.20-9.40 per cent.
