(i) Shri Satyanarayan Mohanty, IAS(AP:80), Secretary, National Disaster Management Authority, Ministry of Home Affairs as Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development vice Shri Ashok Thakur, IAS(HP:77) on his retirement on 30.9.2014.
(ii)Shri Surjit Kumar Chaudhary, IAS(TN: 80), Secretary, National Commission for Minorities, Ministry of Minority Affairs as Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers vice Shri Indrajit Pal, IAS(AP:77) on his retirement on 30.9.2014.
