Commissioning of Power Projects

The Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance had constituted a Working Group under the Chairmanship of CMD, India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd. (IIFCL) with representatives from banks and financial institutions as members, to examine the suggestions made by Association of Power Producers, including, inter-alia, the suggestion for extension of Date of Commencement of Commercial Operation (DCCO) by additional two years. The working group has submitted its report to Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance on 20.11.2014.This was stated by Sh. Piyush Goyal, Minister of State (IC) for Power, Coal & New and Renewable Energy in a written reply to a question in the Rajya Sabha today.
