M/O Social Justice & Empowerment Sanctions Rs. 14,89,53,000/- to Government of Odisha Under Scheme of Special Central Assistance to SCSP During 2016-17

Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has sanctioned Rs. 14,89,53,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Crore Eighty Nine Lakh Fifty Three Thousand only) to Government of Odisha as first instalment of Central assistance for the year 2016-17 under the Scheme of Special Central Assistance to Scheduled Castes Sub Plan (SCA to SCSP)" during F.Y. 2016-17.

Under the scheme of SCA to SCSP for the year 2016-17 based on BE of Rs. 80000.00 Lakhs and approved by the Union Minister for SJ&E. So far, RS.35952.91 Lakh has been released to 18 States (Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Harayana, Himachal Pradesh, J&K, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, MP, Maharashtra, Manipur, Punjab, Sikkim, Tamilnadu, Telangana, Tripura, Uttarpradesh and West-Bengal) based on criteria evolved.
