Petroleum Product Line to Nepal

The Minister of State (I/C) for Petroleum & Natural Gas Shri Dharmendra Pradhan informed the Rajya Sabha in a written reply today that talks are on between Indian Oil Corporation and Nepal Oil Corporation for setting up a Petroleum product pipeline from Raxaul in India to Amlekhganj in Nepal.
The length of the proposed pipeline would be approximately 38 Km. The estimated cost of this pipeline is likely to be around Rs. 200 crore.
