Shri Ranglal Jamuda Assumed Charge as Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries
Shri Ranglal Jamuda assumed charge as Secretary, Ministry of food Processing Industries, Government of India today. He succeeds Shri Siraj Hussain, who has been transferred to Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperation.
An officer of the Indian Administrative Service, belonging to the 1981 Batch (Odisha), Shri Jamuda was earlier Special Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Government of India since 31st December, 2014. Prior to that, Shri Jamuda was Additional Secretary in Department of Agriculture and Cooperation. In a career spanning over 34 years, he has held several important posts at different levels in the cadre and also in the Government of India.
