Pfizer beats estimates

Pfizer Inc, the biggest US drugmaker, beat analyst's profit and sales estimates as sales of products including the vaccine Prevnar surpassed expectations. Oct-Dec quarter profit, excluding one-time items, beat by one cent the 53-cent average of 17 analysts' estimates compiled by Bloomberg. Revenue fell 3 per cent to $13.1 billion.
