Rajesh Thadani has been named as head and executive director, consumer, online and e-commerce, Lenovo India. Thadani, who was earlier heading the PC maker's Indonesia business, will report to Rahul Agarwal, managing director of Lenovo India, and lead the company's growth strategy including in e-tail and the owned online store. He has worked in varied capacities in the past with IBM, Ingram Micro India and Godrej Pacific.

CMS Info Systems has appointed Sheen Akkara as chief human resources officer. Akkara joins the cash management company after serving as executive director, South Asia, for the last five years in Nielsen. A doctorate in human resources from the Madras University, Akkara also holds a postgraduate degree in social work from Madras Christian College and a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Loyala University.
