Asia's oldest stock exchange announced on Wednesday that nine companies listed on the Delhi Stock Exchange would now be available for trading on the BSE's dissemination board.
The board allows for brokers to get in touch with each other if they have a buyer or seller interested in a company's shares. It is not the same as formal listing on the BSE, and companies are not monitored like other listed companies; the exchange said in Wednesday's note. The companies include Minda Finance, PNR Capital Services and Gaurav Mercantiles.
