A2Z Maintenance jumps after bagging a huge order

A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services surged 5% to Rs 20 on BSE after the company bagged orders worth nearly Rs 2400 crores.

A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services surged 5% to Rs 20 on BSE after the company bagged orders worth nearly Rs 2400 crores.
 
A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services secured orders for EPC work against APO (Advance Purchase Order) received by Sterlite Technologies and ITI for end to end deployment including design, engineering, implementation and maintenance of parts of Network for Spectrum (NFS) project - Optical Fibre Network in the state of Jammu & Kashmir and Eastern & North-East part of India for Optical Fibre Network for defence services.
 
Amit Mittal, Managing Director of A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services, added: “The Defense forces will own and operate the network after successful implementation of the project. We, with continuing support of our bankers, are confident to execute the projects within the stipulated timelines.”
 
 
The stock opened at Rs 20 and remained unchanged so far on the BSE. A total of 19,658 shares have been exchanged on the BSE so far.
