Asian markets open flat

The Asian indices have opened flat.

 Hang Seng is at 20,164 strengthened by  17 points or 0.09%, Nikkei is up at 10,465 green by 54 points or 0.52%.Taiwan Weighted at 7,666.39 up by 58 points or 0.76%.The Shanghai Composite is quoting  2,655.63  up by eight points or 0.30%.

On the negative side Straits Times is down at 2,852.28 weakened by 5.39 points or 0.19% and Seoul Composite is at 1,669.72 down by 0.52 points or0.03%.
