Bajaj Auto gains on highest ever January export sales
The two-wheeler major reported highest ever export sales for January.
Share of Bajaj Auto were up over 1% at Rs 1,923 after the two-wheeler major reported highest ever export sales for January.
Exports rose 7% to 1.37 lakh units in in January 2014 over January 2013. The company, in a release today, said that it was the highest ever export figure for any January.
The two-wheeler major's total motorcycle sales fell 7% to Rs 2.81 lakh units in January 2014 over January 2013.
Total commercial vehicles sales declined 20% to 36,781 units in January 2014 over January 2013.
