Caustic soda prices rose by Rs 50 to Rs 1,250-1,350 per 50 kg in the national capital today, influenced by buying support from detergent and other consuming units.
Traders said good demand from detergent and other consuming units against tight supplies from producing belts mainly pushed up caustic soda prices in the wholesale chemical market.
