At the National Commodity and Derivative Exchange, April chana shed Rs 3, or 0.09% to Rs 3,344 per quintal with an open interest of 72010 lots.
The May contract traded lower by Rs 2, or 0.06% to Rs 3,448 per quintal in 31,210 lots.
Market analysts said higher supplies from producing belts against sluggish demand in the spot market mainly kept pressure on chana prices at futures trade.
