Crude oil futures down 0.42% on global cues
Participants reducing their positions affected the trade

Crude oil futures for February shed Rs 22, or 0.42%, to Rs 5,157 per barrel in 8,874 lots.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, the March contract moved down by Rs 21, or 0.4%, to Rs 5,201 per barrel in 801 lots.
Marketmen said the fall in crude oil futures prices was in line with a weakening trend overseas after US crude stockpiles gained and capacity on the Seaway pipeline was reduced.
Participants reducing their positions affected the trade.
Weak overseas trend triggered the downtrend.
