FIIs net buy Rs 141cr, DIIs net sell Rs 142cr

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 141.36 crore (provisional) today, according to data released by BSE.

While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2,220.91 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 2,079.54 crore.

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net sellers of Rs 141.65 crore today. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,022.73 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,164.37 crore.

FIIs were net buyers of Rs 323.20 crore on Friday, August 17, according to data released by Sebi today. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2,173.50 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,850.30 crore.

Mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of Rs 34.10 crore on Friday. MFs made purchases of Rs 473.80 crore and sales of Rs 439.70 crore.
