Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 572.04 crore (provisional) on Tuesday, according to data released by BSE.
While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,418.91 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,990.95 crore.
Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net buyers of Rs 276.92 crore on Tuesday. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 764.89 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 487.97 crore.
FIIs were net buyers of Rs 93.90 crore on Monday, August 25, according to data released by Sebi on Tuesday. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,303.70 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,209.80 crore.
Mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of Rs 13.50 crore on Monday. MFs made purchases of Rs 273.30 crore and sales of Rs 259.90 crore.
