Shares of Future Retail were up over 2% at Rs 130 on the Bombay Stock Exchange after the company said it has acquired entire equity shares of FabFurnish.Com.
FabFurnish.Com is owned and operated by Bluerock eServices Private Ltd (BEPL) and the acquistion is in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed under the Share Purchase Agreement, the company said in a release.
Consequent to acquisition of the entire share capital, BEPL will become subsidiary of the company, the release added.
The stock opened at Rs 128 and touched a high of Rs 131. At 2:45pm, over 298,000 shares were traded on both the stock exchanges.
