IL&FS Fin Serv sells 2% stake in CARE

IL&FS Financial Service has reduced its stake in Credit Analysis and Research (CARE) by two per cent in a transaction valued at Rs 45 crore. On Tuesday, the financial services company offloaded 580,000 shares in two transactions, through both the National Stock Exchange and BSE. Post the stake sale, the total holding of IL&FS in CARE had now come down to 3.87 per cent from 5.9 per cent, said an exchange notification issued on Wednesday.
