India Cements Cap To Offer 83.55 Lakh Shares To Promoters
India Cements Capital & Finance, the non-banking finance arm of cement major India Cements, has decided to offer 83.55 lakh shares of Rs 10 each at Rs 12 per share to the promoter group companies.
The offer price represents a premium of 75 per cent to India Cements Capital & Finance
