Masoor and its dal prices rose up to Rs 50 per quintal on the wholesale pulses market today on improved demand from retailers, amid slow down in arrivals.
Elsewhere, other pulses remained stable in restricted buying activity.
Traders said improved demand from retailers against restricted arrivals from producing belts.
In the national capital, masoor small and bold prices rose by Rs 25 each to Rs 3175-3375 and Rs 3,325-3,575, while its dal local and best quality traded higher by Rs 50 each to Rs 3,750-3,850 and Rs 4,050-4,350 per quintal.
