Market analysts said the trading sentiment improved further largely on the back of higher demand from consuming industries

Press Trust of India New Delhi
Mentha oil prices rose by 0.42% to Rs 845.40 per kg in futures trade today due to the increased domestic as well as exports demand.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, mentha oil for delivery in January rose by Rs 3.60, or 0.42%, to Rs 845.40 per kg, clocking a business volume of 74 lots.

The oil for December contract traded higher by Rs 3.40, or 0.41%, to Rs 832.50 per kg, with a trading volume of 267 lots.

Market analysts said the trading sentiment improved further largely on the back of higher demand from consuming industries and lower arrivals from Chandausi in Uttar Pradesh.
