Mentha oil up 0.8% on pick-up in spot demand

Mentha oil futures for March gained Rs 8.80, or 0.75%, to Rs 1,177.70 per kg in 524 lots.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the April contract also higher by Rs 7.60, or 0.64%, to Rs 1,180 per kg, with a business turnover of 113 lots.

The sentiment improved further on tight stocks positions in the physical market following restricted arrivals from Chandausi in Uttar Pradesh.
