Shares of Mukand rose over 2% in morning trades this Thursday ahead of the board meeting later today to consider rights issue of shares.
“The Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 06, 2013, inter alia, to consider the proposal for issue of Rights Shares to the equity shareholders of the Company,” the company said in a note to BSE.
The stock opened at Rs 23.25 and has seen a combined 2,762 shares changing hands on the counter so far.
