Muthoot Finance extends NCD issue

Non-banking financial company Muthoot Finance Limited has extended the closing date of its Rs 250 crore non-convertible debenture issue to April 9.

In a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange today, the company said the decision was taken in consultation with its lead managers.

The public issue of NCDs, which has a greenshoe option of Rs 250 crore, opened on March 2 and was to have closed on March 17.

Shares of Muthoot Finance were down 0.51%, at Rs 165.50, at noon on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
