Ontrack pledges 6.2% with Indian Bank

Software company Ontrack Systems has pledged 6.2 per cent of its total paid-up equity capital, or 5,00,000 shares with Indian Bank. The shares were pledged by a promoter to avail a credit facility, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today.
