One common grouse non-government organisations (NGOs) have against India Inc is that while it hands out money in charity, it rarely ever follows up with welfare development of the target group they are sponsoring.

Casp, an NGO with extensive experience in community development programs, is though taking things hands-on by establishing a unique linkage with the corporate sector: It plans to train slum youth to find job placements in diverse industries operating in New Delhi, Gurgaon and Haryana.
