Ramco Systems has soared 13% to Rs 706 after the information technology (IT) company announced the addition of state-owned Southern Vitetnam Helicopter Company (VNHS), a leading helicopter service provider in South East Asia as its customer.
“VNHS will be implementing Ramco Aviation Series 5 to manage operations and maintain its growing fleet of aircraft. This includes integration of operations such as maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), supply chain management and maintenance and engineering (M&E), into a single platform,” Ramco Systems said in a statement.
The stock opened at Rs 625 and touched a 52-week high of Rs 719 on BSE. The trading volumes on the counter nearly doubled with 154,106 shares changed hands till 1342 hours on BSE and NSE.
