Fine dine operator Speciality Restaurants on Monday fixed the price band at Rs 146-155 for its initial public offering (IPO), which aims to garner Rs 182 crore. Revealing the price band, the company’s founder and Managing Director Anjan Chatterjee said the IPO of about 11.7 million equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, opens for subscription on May 16 and closes on May 18. The issue will comprise 25 per cent of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company, he said.
