Strong start... JP Assoc, Rel Infra surge 7%

The NSE Nifty is up 94 points at 4,110.

Jaiprakash (JP) Associates has zoomed 7% to Rs 164. Reliance Infrastructure has soared 6.5% to Rs 823.

BHEL has surged 4.3% to Rs 1,565. ITC, DLF and Larsen & Toubro have rallied around 3.5% each to Rs 177, Rs 429 and Rs 2,460, respectively.

SBI, Bharti Airtel and ICICI Bank have advanced over 3% each to Rs 1,164, RS 739 and Rs 619, respectively.

Satyam and Ambuja Cements have moved up nearly 3% each to Rs 476 and Rs 77, respectively.

Wipro, ACC, ONGC and Grasim are up around 2.5% each at Rs 440, Rs 490, Rs 898 and Rs 1,733, respectively.
