Tata Motors erases gains, ends down 1%

The stock erases all its gains and slipped to a low of Rs 724. The scrip is now trading at Rs 726, down 1% from its previous close. The counter witnessed trades of 689,721 shares as compared to the two-week daily average traded volumes of 722,415 shares on the BSE.

Tata Motor has advanced as the employees have agreed for a salary cut and for a higher contribution to pension fund from their salaries.

The stock opened at Rs 732 and soared to a high of Rs 748. The scrip is now trading at Rs 741, up 1% from its previous close. The counter has clocked volumes of 153,034 shares as compared to the two-week daily average traded volumes of 722,415 shares on the BSE.
