Tribunal Orders Fresh Sebi Probe In Acc Case

The Securities Appellate Tribunal has reopened the Gujarat Ambuja-ACC case.

It had directed the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to ascertain again whether Gujarat Ambuja Cements gained management control of ACC after it acquired a stake of 14.45 per cent in it from the Tatas.
