UFO Moviez India soars after a huge bulk deal

UFO Moviez India  soared 13% to Rs 625, bouncing back 17% from intra-day low on BSE, after nearly 10% of total equity of the company changed hands on the counter in noon deal trade.

At 02:46 PM, around 2.7 million equity shares representing 9.7% stake of UFO Moviez India have changed hands, the BSE data shows.

As of June 30, 2016, 3i Research (Mauritius) held 2.66 million equity shares or 9.66% stake in UFO Moviez India, the shareholding pattern data shows.

At 02:58 PM, the stock was up 7% at Rs 588 on the BSE. It touched a low of Rs 536 in early morning trade. A combined 3.45 million shares changed hands on the counter so far on the BSE and NSE.
