HDFC Mutual Fund has acquired a total 147,587 shares representing 1.71% total equity of VST Tillers Tractors for Rs 8.80 crore through two bulk deals on the NSE and BSE.
On December 03, 2013 HDFC Mutual Fund bought 72,508 shares of VST Tillers Tractors at Rs 596 on the BSE, while HDFC Trustee Co. Ltd. A/C. HDFC Prudence Fund acquired 75,079 shares at Rs 596 on the NSE, the bulk deal data shows. The name of sellers has not disclosed by the company.
The stock opened at Rs 604 and touched high of Rs 626 in early morning deals on the NSE. A combined around 3,500 shares have changed hands on the counter till 0935 hours.
