Over 21 people died after a boat carrying tourists capsized off the Andaman Islands on Sunday, according to officials.
A boat with some 40 odd people sank earlier today, and some 13-15 have been rescued, as rescue operations are underway, officials told Reuters.
They also said that there were no foreign tourists on board.
