Doping accused American baseball star Alex Rodriguez has reportedly dropped his lawsuits to overturn his 162-game suspension for using performance-enhancing drugs.
According to Fox News, documents filed in federal court in Manhattan revealed that Rodriguez withdrew his lawsuits against Major League Baseball (MLB), Commissioner Bud Selig and the players' association to overturn his suspension.
The report mentioned that the papers did not explain Rodriguez's actions and his lawyers were not available for comments.
Meanwhile, Anthony Bosch, founder of former South Florida anti-aging clinic Biogenesis, had admitted to injecting performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) into the New York Yankees third baseman.
