A puppet show in Agartala enthralled hundreds of enthusiastic spectators, mainly children, with the interesting concept of deforestation and its effects.
Organized by the Tripura Puppet Theatre, the show aimed to preserve and promote the dying art as well as create awareness about nature.
Professional puppeteers and some new artistes participated in the event which besides providing entertainment also projected various socio-economic issues.
The colorful sets, characters, lively music and dance attracted large crowds.
