Air India flight number 821, operating on the Delhi- Srinagar route, had a tyre burst while landing at the airport here on Monday.
All the 149 passengers on-board are said to be safe.
According to reports, all the outgoing flights from Srinagar airport have been delayed and all flights arriving at Srinagar have been diverted to Chandigarh.
