Amanda Bynes hospitalized on psychiatric hold

Amanda Bynes has been hospitalized on 5150 psychiatric hold for 72 hours.

Bynes, who landed in LA, thought that car service was taking her to The London Hotel but she was instead driven to the hospital, TMZ.com reported.

All the arrangements were made by the 28-year-old actress' parents.

The psychiatric hold can be extended for 14 days.
