Billy Bob Thornton has revealed that his former wife Angelina Jolie had told him about her double mastectomy surgery, long before she went public with it.
The 57-year-old actor told Life 'n' Style that when you're great friends with somebody, you don't want to hear it on the news, the Daily Express reported.
Thornton said that Jolie wanted him to know so he wouldn't freak out.
