Anna Hazare gets death threats from Canada

"Got threat calls from Canada, I was told that I will be killed in the same way as Godse assassinated Gandhiji," said Hazare.

Earlier in the day, the anti-corruption crusader accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of misleading the farmers over the Land Acquisition Bill.

"You are misleading people, they voted in your favour as you promised to bring back black money," he said.
