Archie Comics is all set to make its debut on small screen after Fox gained the rights for its TV adaptation, it has been revealed.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the Entertainment Network will bring in modern-day one-hour drama produced by Greg Berlanti who is known for his work in Arrow and The Flash.
Warner Bros. TV-based Berlanti Productions will produce and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa from Glee will be writing the project.
Archie Comics publisher/co-CEO Jon Goldwater, asserted that this was a historic moment for Archie Comics, and they couldn't be happier to partner with Fox, Warner Bros. and Greg Berlanti to bring their characters to television.
