'Bailed' Justin Bieber goes shirtless on Panama Beach with Usher and 'girlfriend'

Justin Bieber, who was arrested recently for drag racing and a DUI at Miami, was seen roaming around shirtless on Panama Beach soon after he got bail.

Along with him was his mentor, Usher, and his rumoured girlfriend Chantel Jeffries, who was in the car with him at the time of the arrest, Us magazine reported.

They have been staying at Nitro City, an action sports facility located right at the tip of the peninsula on the beach at Punta Chame.
