Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, who has blamed his tax fraud conviction on persecution by magistrates, has revealed that his children feel like the Jews under Hitler.
In an interview with journalist Bruno Vespa, Berlusconi said that his children tell him that they feel like the families of Jews in Germany must have felt under Hitler's regime as the whole world is against them, News.com.au reported.
Berlusconi was sentenced to 12 months in prison earlier this year for tax fraud and has subsequently also been barred from holding public office for two years.
